How does booking direct work?
Yes — we're fully licensed with both the Florida DBPR and Walton County (VRC). We have STR-specific insurance through a licensed provider, and all guest payments are processed through secure payment rails. We're happy to share our license numbers on request.

What's your cancellation policy for direct bookings?
We offer a moderate policy: full refund if cancelled 14+ days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before. No refund inside 7 days. We always recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.
